Fire Sprinkler Inspection and Testing | Los Angeles and Orange Counties

We have been providing professional fire sprinkler inspection and testing services in the Los Angeles and Orange counties since 1987. Our services are available in quarterly, annually, and five-year intervals as required by law and insurance providers. Our inspections are done in accordance with NFPA 25 and California Title 19 Code of Regulations.

Our annual fire sprinkler testing and inspection includes:

• Main drain testing, where the static, residual, and restored pressures are recorded
• Valve activation testing, where the alarm bell is tested and records of the alarm-monitoring activities are taken.
• Operating and testing all control valves and ensuring that they are secured from tampering
• A visual inspection of fire sprinkler heads, hangers, and seismic bracings
• Verifying proper sprinkler coverage throughout the premises
• Inspecting for damages or obstructions that could potentially hinder the proper operation of sprinkler systems
• Ensuring the presence of signage as required by the jurisdiction
• Providing reports of each system on the state’s form
• Providing a compliance report for record keeping
• Maintaining a regular service schedule
• Any additional procedures that are required when performing a five-year inspection and testing
